How this fits Australian WHS compliance
Scope of Work is purely operational, not a compliance requirement in itself -- it exists to close a real communication gap, not to satisfy a regulation. It's never gated by plan: every Novato plan, including the free trial, includes it.

Does a Tradie have to complete their scope before starting?
No -- it's informational, telling them what's expected, not a checklist that blocks anything else in Novato.
Can I set scope for a Tradie assigned before this feature existed?
Yes -- "Edit scope" is available on any Tradie's row in Team & Delivery, any time, not only at the moment of assigning them.
Does AI invent quantities or prices?
No -- AI-suggested scope items describe tasks, with a quantity only ever left as a placeholder for you to fill in. It never invents a real number.
Does the Tradie need a Vault account to see their scope?
They need their own Novato Vault account to see it there -- the same free, no-cost account used for their documents.
Which plan includes Scope of Work?
Every plan, including the free trial -- it's never gated.
